The software platform being used for this event was created by Whova, an American company. It was selected after a review of many software options, and felt to be the most user-friendly and comprehensive. We believe most people will be attending the conference most of the time on their computers, but some will want to use their mobile devices, at least at certain times.

Along with Paul Elam, Chris Votey and Vernon Meigs, I recently helped create a promotional video for this event – here (32.26). The content over 21:53 – 32:26 consists of demonstrations by Chris and Vernon of the platform functionality on the web app and the mobile app.
